Data privacy

We are pleased with your visit to our websites and your interest in our company and our products. We respect your privacy here and guarantee the protection of your personal data by processing it in keeping with the content of this data privacy policy and the applicable data protection laws.

You can visit our websites and thereby personally determine how much personal data you wish to disclose. In order to be able to display our websites, you are only obligated to make the data transmitted from your browser to our server available (see Logfiles). Further personal data from you is stored only if you voluntarily enter it on the website or use corresponding functions, such as inputting it through our contact form.

Logfiles

During each access by a user to a page of our offering and each retrieval of a file, access data concerning this process is stored in a log file on the server of our provider www.1und1.de

The following data is stored:

  • Client IP address
  • Query of the browser and time of query
  • Product and version information of the browser used and of the operating system of the computer
  • The page from which the access occurred or the file was requested
  • The date and time of the request
  • The name of the file transferred
  • The amount of data transferred
  • The access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)

The stored data is analyzed exclusively for statistical purposes. In the course of this, the IP address of your computer is stored only for the time you use the websites and then deleted immediately after this or anonymized through truncation. The remaining data is stored for a limited period. We use this data for the operation of our websites, particularly for detecting and correcting errors in the websites, for determining website utilization and to make adjustments or improvements (legal basis: Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f) GDPR).

Cookies

Cookies are very small text files used by websites, which your browser stores on your computer and through which certain information flows to the place that sets the cookie (by us in this case). Cookies cannot execute any programs or transfer viruses to your computer.

Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. This particularly includes session cookies. They store a so-called session ID which permits various queries of your browser to be associated with the common session. They make it possible for your computer to be recognized when you return to our websites. The session cookies are deleted when you log off or close the browser.

This data is used and stored with your consent exclusively for purposes of processing your message (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (a) GDPR). It is not used for other purposes or disclosed to third persons unless you expressly agree (consent).

Your personal data is deleted or locked when the purpose of the storage is no longer applicable. In addition, data can be stored if the European or national legislature has provided for this in Union regulations, statutes or other rules to which the controller is subject. The data is also locked or deleted when a storage period prescribed by such standards lapses, unless it is necessary to continue to store the data for contract formation or execution.

Matomo (Piwik)

Our websites use the web analysis service of Matomo open source software (formerly Piwik) of InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis st, Level 6, Catalyst House, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand ( “Matomo” herein), for analysis and statistical evaluation of the use of our websites in order to be able to improve them regularly. Through the statistics obtained we can develop our offering in a more interesting way for you as the user. The legal basis for the use of Matomo is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f) GDPR.

Cookies are set and stored on your computer for the analysis. The information on website usage that is generated and collected through the cookie is transmitted exclusively to our servers hosted by 1und1 and summarized in pseudonymous usage profiles. The information is used to analyze the usage of the website and to facilitate a needs-oriented design of our website. The information is not disclosed to third parties.

The IP address that your browser relays through Matomo is never linked with other data pertaining to the user.

You can prevent the analysis by deleting existing cookies and preventing the storage of cookies. If you prevent the storage of cookies we point out that you may not be able to use the full extent of this website. It is possible to prevent the storage of cookies through the setting in your browser.

Revocation of consent and objection to data processing
